WEB DESIGN
Your web site will be created considering all important aspects of design and usability. The final product will exceed your expectations and transmit a professional image to your clients.
How does the process work?
Projects can be completed for customers in Florida or customers anywhere in the world. The following design process will help clarify how web sites are created, from the initial consultation to the end result.
- Initial Contact and Quote:
Customer is given a quote and a terms of service agreement to sign and approve. This document will have an outline/flowchart of pages and distribution, and the total cost of the project.
- Contract and Deposit:
Work will start once a signed contract is received (by fax 614-343-8782 or email) and the 50% deposit. You will have the option to pay via: PayPal (please add $5.00 to cover their transaction fees) or by check (check needs to be clear before work can start).
- Design Concept and Web Development:
A total of three (3) design concepts will be created for your approval before going forward with the development of the web site. The concept is created by gathering as much information from the client as possible based on the input given on desired colors, branding image, style, sample sites and overall vision.
- Changes and Revisions:
Once the concept is approved the web site is developed by adding content and functionality. Once this is complete the client will have the option to make minor changes (within the scope of the quote) before approving the site.
- Testing and Debugging:
The finished web site is tested to ensure that all functions are operational in cross browsers and platforms.
- Final Payment:
After the preview of the site design has been approved, the remaining 50% of the balance is due. The final payment is to be received no more than 5 business days after client approves site. No files will be released or delivered before the final payment is clear.
- Web site Goes "LIVE":
After receipt of the final payment, the web site will be uploaded to server.
